Lesson 32 – Second Inversion Major Chord Pattern
Reference guide for MAJOR Chords with the root in the THIRD and located on the A-String
Major Chords starting on the F-String and ending on the C-String
Note: This fingering pattern can be used up and down the fretboard. Simply locate the chord’s root note on the A-String. To play a B-Major chord, place your POINTER finger on the 1st fret of the F-string; your MIDDLE or RING finger on the 2nd fret of the A-string; and your PINKY finger on the 3rd fret of the C-string. Practice moving back and forth between chords.
